Vocal Performance

FoPA supports singing at DSHS in many ways, including purchasing equipment (such as choral shell and risers for concerts), providing organizational support, providing funds for competitions and events, and hosting breakfasts before major performances.

Vocal Ensemble

A performing ensemble that produce a rich musical experience for students who wish to sing. Vocal pieces, chosen to fit the ensemble, may include classical, early music, and/or contemporary pieces, popular music, and show tunes.

Although an academic course at DS, the Vocal Ensemble also includes an “after-school chorus” for students who want to sing, but who were unable to fit chorus into the academic schedules.
